Photographing Orléans

Recent beautiful sunny weather + my new camera = centre-ville photoshoot!

Remember Place de Martoi? In one of my previous posts, I showed you this picture:
Joan of Arc

And I explained how it’s a central convening area in the centre-ville, or center, of Orléans. It’s a square bordered by centuries-old buildings, shops, and crisscrossed by tram tracks. A veritable mélange of old and new.

Underground parking(You see that blue P sign? It’s for underground parking. I find this very French- underground parking lots for public squares. Poitiers had one too.)
